My sales person Harry Roselyn was friendly knowledgeable and not the least bit pushy. He kept me in my price range and got me the best car and deal for my money. This is the second car I have purchased from Harry and I will return to him in the future. Just a great experience overall. More

Oil Change They were able to take me without an appointment. They let me know it would be about an hour and it was just a little over that which worked out grea They were able to take me without an appointment. NYS inspection Had to get an inspection done (mine had expired). The earliest appointment was for Saturday at 9:30 am. I arrived at 9:20. I was told I had a factory recall and it would only add 5-10 minutes I the process so I agreed to have it done then. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. And everything was done correctly also. My only compliant is that I was there until 11:00 am. An hour and a half for an inspection is a very long time. More

Shocked at cost for a new fob to replace non functioning one Service was fast, but near $300.00 to replace a fob and have it programed seems a little like a rip-off. Just another expense, for not being able to replace their fobs on an open market. regular keys work just fine and a lot easier to replace. More
