SAVED BY THE bELL The appointment was almost a fiasco. I called the number on the safety recall letters, was scheduled by that rep for an appointment on 7/5 at 8:00am The appointment was almost a fiasco. I called the number on the safety recall letters, was scheduled by that rep for an appointment on 7/5 at 8:00am ' The first fix was for the transmission issue that can cause a parked vehicle to go into neutral, the second was for the gas tank strap replacement. Upon arrival I was informed that corporate hadn't sent either the part or the software for the 2012 RAMS yet. The second repair involved a replacement part that also apparently hadn't yet arrived. Paul managed to find one somewhere and got it done more quickly that I had anticipated. I was told to check back in a couple of weeks for the transmission repair. Communication and coordination seem to be problematic but I don't blame Mr. Casalla who struggled tp make lemonade from lemons. My time has value, I like to sleep late and had almost forgotten about 40 years of rush hour traffic. Breakfast at the diner was nice. More

Decent place but miss the mark on customer service Friendly staff, however, I purchased a $25000 vehicle from them and they didn't even fill upntue gas tank. They have a gas pump on site but yet only filled the tank 3/4 of the way. Seems really cheap considering the price of the product I purchased. Then they only had 1 key, said they "owed" me a key and that I could come over on a Thursday between 12-2 to have the one made. So they short me a key and then expect me to go out of my way while I am working in order to get the other? It would just seem like little things like putting the extra 1/4 of a gas tank in and then mailing me the other key wouldn't have been that difficult but show that what really is important to this dealership is cutting costs in amy way possible and not providing excellent service for their customers. More
