Craig, feel free to reach out to me. I'm more than happy to discuss everything that happened....and didn't happen. I will say that one the tech actually worked on my vehicle he did a great job ...so that part was good. That's why I have workmanship 4 stars. The rest of the experience was absolutely disappointing.
