Slow service, lack of attention to customers, unorganized. Very bad first impression overall. With an appointment, waited 10-15 minutes to be acknowledged. Then a simple inspection (no issues took 90 minutes - with that scheduled appointment). Then I had to inquire if my vehicle was finished (I waited there). The service rep couldn't find any record of my car because the person who checked it in left for the day. Another 10 minutes and then finally was able to depart. I will likely not be going back for service there again of any type. More

Everytime I’ve had an issue with my leased vehicle there is zero customer service . Zero communication . Can never speak to someone or get a call back or any information . One of the worst service experiences I've ever had.
