Jerome Rucker initially came to Armory to pitch a promotional service to us, but ended up inadvertently pitching himself instead. Rucker was hired on the spot after impressing a former manager with his ability to sell. "He said, if you can sell me that, you can definitely sell cars," Rucker recalled. Years later and the Albany native hasn't looked back, spending almost half of his decade-long career in the car industry with us. He believes it's Armory's expansive inventory, incredible service department, and the professional demeanor of our employees that sets us apart. Though he has a lot to be proud of professionally, Rucker says his greatest accomplishment was getting five kids through college, and one through the Marines. He's also a big sports fan, opting to spend his free time volunteering as a basketball coach, fishing, or just enjoying the outdoors.

I would have given them 5 stars if halfway home (we live roughly 4 hours away) from the dealer we hadn't realized that the car with a fresh NY inspection on it had a headlight out. Not sure how that slips t roughly 4 hours away) from the dealer we hadn't realized that the car with a fresh NY inspection on it had a headlight out. Not sure how that slips through inspection. Now I've been been promised multiple times in 3 weeks that they will find a local solution to the issue. I've been told the GSM will call me, but he hasn't. No one has returned my 6 calls and messages in the last week and it's been 3 weeks since I bought the car. I reported the issue the day after purchasing. Would not recommend. More

So, I made my own appointment, when I got there the Tech also notice the front low beam light was out. They would not replace the bulbs, it was "SOLD AS IS", Never again will purchase from them, thought they were a reputable company. Very disappointed. More
