I use to love using Armory for all my service needs for my Jeep, recently the service department has gone down hill tremendously. Trying to charge us for the trunk not working when we just bought the car and been trying to Reach service and they don’t call you back . The car was a good fit for me and I looked forward to trouble free driving for a while however the used car failed going up a hill in Vt in the mountains. While AAA customer service was problematic, when trouble free driving for a while however the used car failed going up a hill in Vt in the mountains. While AAA customer service was problematic, when I had the vehicle towed to Armory I arrived in a rental car with receipts for lodging, car rental and towing. I left with a check for my expenses and a loaner car of the same model. I returned the loaner a few days later and picked up my car which needed a fuel pump. They covered all costs with the warranty. The only criticism I have is their communications are terrible. Nobody answers a phone anymore. I didn’t receive regular updates and tried multiple ways of getting a hold of someone. I’m glad I showed up in person at the time the tow truck dropped off the car. They need to improve their ability to communicate with their customers. More

Vehicle was dropped off Monday evening due to suddenly loud exhaust. Unable to get a hold of service dept or a return call Tuesday. My husband had to go there in person to talk to someone. We were told there was multiple things wrong with car including something our extended warranty would cover with the cost $1500-2000, rest was out of our pocket at almost $3000. Parts on back order so taken to a different shop for the non warranty work to be told that it was not even the issue and if Armory did fix it was warranty fraud and a way to get paid. All issues fixed in 3 hours at another garage for $1780. Disappointed in Armory and their refusal to answer phones and clearly they misdiagnosed an issue to increase bill More
