Very displeased. We were contacted a number of times by phone and email by Nicole because she had seen on Kelly's Blue Book that we were interested in selling our car. She was very nice. We told her we wanted $5,800 and she said they can do that. She made an appointment for us to come in today at noon to meet with their buyer Johnny B. Nicole emailed us this morning to confirm our appt at noon with Johnny B, plus a woman named Kayla left a message for us to call her to confirm that we were coming in today for our appt with Johnny B. We called her back, spoke to her and confirmed we would be there at noon today. When we arrived at noon, we were told by Bruce at the desk, that Johnny B is not in. We asked if Nicole was in and he said she only works at the call center. Bruce asked if we were there to sell a car and we said yes. He said he could take a look at it and asked for our keys. While he was checking the car out, we noticed our name was on the board that was in the lobby showing our sales person being Nicole and that we had an appointment at noon today. Bruce came back inside and went to an office for about 10 minutes. Once he came back over to us, he offered $4,500 for our car. We explained that Nicole said they could do the $5,800. We also showed him that Carfax shows the value of $6,200 plus an additional $1,600 for low mileage. We also showed him that AutoNation said the car retails for $8,300. He said that is retail and all they could offer is $4,500 even though we took the time to come in because Nicole offered the $5,800. We asked for our keys back and called Nicole from our car. She was surprised that Johnny B was not in today and apologized. She said she would talk to her manager and text us back in 10 minutes to let us know what they can do. We waited in the car for about 35 minutes, called her after 20 minutes and left a message. Then right before we left, we called again and got her voice mail so we did not leave another message. We went straight home and arrived at 1:20. There was a message from Nicole (instead of on our cell phone) asking for us to call her which we did. She explained to us that Johnny will be in at 2:00 and they will re-open their offer and see what they can do. Less than 5 minutes later, Kayla called us and apologized for the situation. She said Johnny is on a plane coming back from Vegas. She said that her manager said as a courtesy they are willing to give us $5,000 for the car. They cannot give us the $5,800. We said "no thank you" and the conversation ended. It should be noted that according to their website, under salesmen, management and other categories, there are no employees listed as Johnny, Nicole or Kayla. We had other plans to do things today, but cancelled them for this appointment that never took place. VERY ANNOYING! REVISED REVIEW; A few hours after we returned home on the same day, we were contacted by Kayla who said that the General Manager George would honor our original agreement of $5,800.00, We made an appointment to come in two days later to meet with him. We went into Arlington Nissan two days later and met with George Marijan, the General Manager. George was very nice, friendly and extremely apologetic stating that the situation should never have happened. He told us that he would honor the price we were quoted, sight unseen. We appreciated that and thanked him. We talked with George for quite awhile about many things and got to know him well. He then called in Johnny B to meet us and said Johnny would take us into his office to do the paperwork while he went out to look at our car. We went with Johnny B who also was very apologetic over what occurred. We found him to be very nice as well. George came into Johnny B's office relatively soon and said that it is a beautiful car and it will not be on the lot for very long. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. We went back into George's office to say goodbye and thank him for his professionalism and we talked somemore with him. We are pleased to say that due to the way this situation was rectified, we would highly recommend Arlington Nissan. More

First time at dealership. Everyone I met during my visit, including making appointment for service, was helpful, enthusiastic, and just really nice. Craig took care of car and although he did find two minor including making appointment for service, was helpful, enthusiastic, and just really nice. Craig took care of car and although he did find two minor things that could be fixed, it thankfully was not a high pressure sales job I’ve felt at other dealerships. The car’s recall service was done on time and car was cleaner than I left it! I would definitely go back to this dealership for other services on my car. Great experience! More
