Very friendly staff, with a nice atmosphere. They explained what services my car needed and showed me the cost of everything. Cost estimate given 2 hours later than promised. Zo waited 3 hours for that. Exit estimate times 30 to 45 minutes later than promised.. Since work not completed on first day had to come back. Getting waited 3 hours for that. Exit estimate times 30 to 45 minutes later than promised.. Since work not completed on first day had to come back. Getting my car back after payment on first day took 20 minutes and I had to have porter find it. He found it running. Second day it took almost 45 minutes to get my car after I had paid. There is serious disorganization with the lack of communication evidenced by the very late estimate and then major difficulty in getting the car returned after payment. This is my 3rd Sentra and I have never had such poor service More

I knew it’d be a long process anyways but I wanted as painless of an experience as humanly possible. I turned my head back towards the dealership because of the great deals they were having. I still brought my older, more experienced, sister with me to help me through any tough decisions I may not have foreseen. I’m not a typical car guy but I am very analytical. Alexei broke everything down nicely for us, his enthusiasm and honesty with us were transparent, and along with some other nice people at Nissan, it did turn out to be as painless as the long process could have been. I’m certain that Alexei got me the best deal he could have. I’m glad he got the sale because I would not have wanted that sale going to anyone else due to the type of salesman, and more importantly the type of person, he is. I’d be glad to shop there in the future as well as recommend anyone else go there due to how my experience was. More
