I highly recommend visiting and giving your car purchasing business to Arlington Nissan. I had amazing service by Lisa K. She remembered me from over a year ago when I purchased my first Nissan. L purchasing business to Arlington Nissan. I had amazing service by Lisa K. She remembered me from over a year ago when I purchased my first Nissan. Lisa was once again attentive, helpful and made the "total loss" of my first car purchase, a positive experience when it was such a low time. Mitch, the Business Manager was also outstanding, took time with me, and created a delightful environment. He too, remembered me from my first Nissan purchase. I truly felt well-taken care of which does't always happen in this business. Follow up is key and a BIG SHOUT OUT to the people who made my experience a happy one during a difficult time. Many thanks! FYI..nobody was hurt when my previous Nissan was totaled. A true miracle and blessing! Very safe car! More

Drove an hour to see a car that was listed at 19998. Now the car is $24000. False advertising just to get people into the showroom is disgusting in this day and age. If this is the way Rohrman does business at all of his stores I won’t be dealing with them ever again More
Pretty bad experience; could have been worse, but I don't see myself doing business with this dealership any longer. During my vehicle purchase, I felt as though I had to dodge typical salesman scams left an see myself doing business with this dealership any longer. During my vehicle purchase, I felt as though I had to dodge typical salesman scams left and right. The first one being told I would most likely receive one APR and then seeing it boosted up by 2% at contract signing, when I called it out it turned out to be a "mistake". Second: Rejecting extended warranty and having a frustrated business manager finally agree and telling me "okay, I'll reject the extended warranty and you can keep your APR, I'll even throw in the windshield protection and 36 months of car maintenance". I come to find out in contract signing, that he wasn't "throwing" anything in, he was charging me for it. After I explicitly stated I wanted to opt out. This ignored my choice. For future reference, "throwing something in" generally means you're throwing it in for free, not you're ignoring a clients wishes and adding it in anyway. Third: They were 40 minutes late to their own appointment, never even assigned me a different salesperson who could make that time slot work. When I did finally get called in, they tried to give me an interview, didn't even know what I was there for. Fourth: I was promised all-weather floor mats, I have called 4 times now, seldom does anyone ever answer, even if you leave voicemails. When they do, they say they'll "get you the confirmation tomorrow at the latest"...you never hear from them again. Fifth: After the purchase of my vehicle and "Arlington text line" sent me a message, stating this could be method of communication with my dealer...I've yet to ever receive a reply from that text line with 4 instances of me messaging them about my all-weather mats and when I'll receive them. Throughout the experience, it's felt like "one and done". Immediately after contract signing, you're treated as an after-thought, unless it's regarding their precious rating of course. I feel like any positive ratings they HAVE received are tainted, since they offered me a free tank of gas if I gave them perfect scores all down the line. The salesman even asked for my phone, so that he could write himself a good google review at the end of the car purchase, he later even replied to his own google review! I took the review down not much later. I've been afraid to write a negative review, since they still owe me my all weather mats and I don't want anything to happen to my car when I do go pick them up, but I also don't want other customers to fall for the same experience I had.
