25 mile drive to find out car I was looking at was sold. My mistake not calling first. Days later car was still listed as available where I called to make sure maybe initial deal fell through. I asked person to physically make sure vehicle was in stock before I came out a second time. After checking I was advised the car was no longer available. I explained to the person that I initially traveled 25 miles and would have done a second time had I taken her word. The car remained on dealer website and cars.com for a few days after that. I would think it takes less than a minute to take car out of system to save people aggravation of looking for something that is no longer available. More
