I asked, Kevin, I am looking at purchasing this vehicle at around 18k so that when all is said and done we walk out of there paying 20k out the door (title, plates, taxes). Is this a possibility I would rather be bold and up front so no one wastes their time? To which I was told "Let me check, Oh yes! of course, I'm not supposed to say this but we are very motivated to make sales this month" followed by more sales tactics and misleading information. This brings us to Saturday, where I made the hour drive to your dealership, upon arrival I was immediately handed off by Rashad to Yesenia. She was very polite and assisted us with the test drive. The smell of cigarette smoke was strong and instant upon entering the vehicle. After our test drive and taking the strong odor of cigarettes into consideration I offered 16k for the car expecting some kind of counter offer. At this point a gentlemen in his early 30s in a light gray suit came over and spoke in a very condescending manner to us, stating that the days of negotiating are gone and etc. He even went as far as to say, "Is truecar or kbb going to buy you your car?" VERY unprofessional. I would have typically responded back and said something in return but I was so taken back that I couldn't respond. We left right after this, we discussed the situation outside and decided, since we drove an hour in might as well just make our final offer of 20k. We re-entered your dealership but the gentlemen in the suit could not be bothered enough to greet us, rather Yesenia delivered the message and she returned with a declination. I am also currently waiting to receive my license in the mail as Yesenia "left it on the copier" and failed to return it to me. In her defense she did call and let me know what happened and that she would be sending it overnight. This by far, has been the most negative experience I have endured at ANY dealership. The lack of communication and professionalism is obvious from the repeated calls/emails, treatment of potential customers, and lack of disclosure of information. In speaking with Yesenia I expressed my disappointment about my experience and told her my plans to post this review (exactly like this email) online. She tried to talk me out of it but it just felt disingenuous. I hope that this communication and online reviews to be posted; are viewed by the right people in charge. Finally, exactly as the condescending gentlemen alluded to, web presence is huge and if your potential customers are treated this way; others will be made aware. More

Drove an hour in Friday evening rush traffic just to get to this dealership, only to find out that I was lied to regarding the advertised price of a vehicle. They couldn't just state over the phone about the "incentives" that were included in the advertised price that almost nobody qualifies for! This has been the most pathetic experience I've had trying to purchase a new vehicle. I'm glad I took my business elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and do the same thing. STAY AWAY More

Worst Customer service My 60+ year old mother traded in her jeep for a 4 door 2015 Chevy pickup. Jorge her sales rep told her she would get $15k for her jeep and 2.65 interest. She signed the paperwork without verifying but she did ask is everything like Jorge told me? The finance guy said yes, just sign and your all done. Jorge also told her she would be getting a second control and key made at no charge since they only had one. (This process takes 20 min at Bernard Chevrolet in Lubertyville) per Jorge we had to get done at his dealer. We dropped off the truck kin Friday at 9:30am, today is Tuesday 4:30pm and NO TRUCK. Her paperwork only shows 12k for the trade in and her interest 3.25!? I talked with Mike (sales mgr) he said "it was a misunderstanding" and pretty much oh well! This is how they treat the elderly at Bob Rohrman of Arlington Heights.. Besides all the lies, something that takes 20 min elsewhere its been 4 days and still no truck..... More

Great experience with this dealership Came in 15 minutes after service was closed with a flat tire, a salesman named Mark walked me into service and spoke to the service manager for me.
