Oil change I made an appointment for oil change, and still I been waiting there more then 2hr. Then I had to go to the service guy and ask him is it done he stat I made an appointment for oil change, and still I been waiting there more then 2hr. Then I had to go to the service guy and ask him is it done he stated 10 more min, according to him they started working on it, but actually I saw it through window just taking my car for it. Also every time they wash my car this time nothing.. service sucks there.. I will never go there again. More

Excellent service Went for oil change and CVT recall service. Vince was most helpful to welcome me and take care of the whole process from beginning to end. Car was washed at the end of the service. Customer lounge was spacious and had a desk area so I was able to continue to work remotely from my office. Very nice and professional staff. Thank you! More

Super friendly service department They remember you each time you come in. They have a great sense of humor and are honest. No one has ever tried to push a repair on me for my Murano They remember you each time you come in. They have a great sense of humor and are honest. No one has ever tried to push a repair on me for my Murano. They suggest what needs to be done and let you decide. The prices are fair and they always have coupons. I had a bad experience at the Nissan in schaumburg so I switched to Arlington heights and am really glad that I did. Check them out. You will not be disappointed. More

Issues with my maxima. Electrical and maintenance. Don and nick did a fantastic job of ensuring all my cars needs were met and that in fact the vehicle was returned as expected. Don continuously updated me on my vehicle and made the whole service absolutely hassle free. They even went past expectations and corrected minor scratches on one side of the car. Bad customer sercive Brought my car in for an oil change and was not serviced because Dan forgot to give me a waiver to sign. I dropped off my car and sat in the waiting a Brought my car in for an oil change and was not serviced because Dan forgot to give me a waiver to sign. I dropped off my car and sat in the waiting area for 30 minutes, during this time Dan did not bother to look for me or call me to have me sign the waiver. I was picked up at the dealer and left, 30 minutes later Dan finally finds the time to call me just to let me know that the waiver needed to be signed. I asked if he could email it or fax since i was in the middle of dinner with my family but he refused, when i asked him what took him so long to reach out to me he said that i had just left the dealer. I went back and had to pick up my car and left. I reached out the the general manager and the service manager to let them know what happened and even sent them screenshots of what time i dropped off the car and what time Dan called. No one bother to respond or to follow up. More
