My car was towed in. I am a customer for many, many years and trusted that the needed work would be done. I knew I needed a new battery - old one absolutely dead. Victor said I also needed new front brakes - and trusted that the needed work would be done. I knew I needed a new battery - old one absolutely dead. My special requests were to be please be sure cover was properly seated after oil change and be certain valve covers were secure on tires after checking air. (Lack of attention to these two items have caused problems and I needed to return a few times in the past) Everything seems to have been attended to. Also, I needed a ride from home there, and Jose was a very courteous, pleasant, and good driver. More
