My car was towed in. I am a customer for many, many years and trusted that the needed work would be done. I knew I needed a new battery - old one absolutely dead. Victor said I also needed new front brakes - and trusted that the needed work would be done. I knew I needed a new battery - old one absolutely dead. Victor said I also needed new front brakes - no surprise there. I also asked for an oil change. My special requests were to be please be sure cover was properly seated after oil change and be certain valve covers were secure on tires after checking air. (Lack of attention to these two items have caused problems and I needed to return a few times in the past) Everything seems to have been attended to. Also, I needed a ride from home there, and Jose was a very courteous, pleasant, and good driver. More

5/24/21 brought car in under warranty because the auto stop start was not functioning. Somebody drove the car until battery charge reached 70% and stop start system started working. 5/25/21 brought car ba stop start was not functioning. Somebody drove the car until battery charge reached 70% and stop start system started working. 5/25/21 brought car back to verify alternator was working properly - alternator was within specs. The dealer had 2 opportunities to completely charge the 18 month old battery. To the best of my knowledge they elected not to. Within 5 days of being at the dealer and over 200 miles later the battery was discharged and the auto stop start was not working again. I find it hard to believe that there isn't some type of abnormal drain on the battery. More
