AH Ford Service Dept. comes through again. My Ford vehicle has had a series of minor, but annoying service issues. Each time I encounter the service department, they list comes through again. My Ford vehicle has had a series of minor, but annoying service issues. Each time I encounter the service department, they listen patiently to my frustrations and treat these minor concerns with the same diligence as if they were a significant concern. Kudos to Mike Waddle during my most recent visit. Mike handled my phone call, set the appointment, communicated my concerns to the tech, ordered the parts, liaised with Ford Customer Service, and tackled the mounds of paperwork it took to fix the problem. There was no need to argue or haggle to get the job done. Every facet of the service visit exceeded my expectations. I expect to continue visiting the service department for my regular maintenance needs, and I feel good knowing that if a repair concern crops up again, Mike, Jerry Hood, and Mr. Guido are there to ensure a quality repair resolution and (my) complete customer satisfaction. More

I would recommend Anthony Velasco because he is one of the only people in 30 years of being a customer at this dealership who made me feel like a valued customer. And, while I've never interacted with the people who actually have done the work on my car, I will say that they seem to be pretty good. Thus, based on my experiences over the years, I am giving 4 stars for the service center and 5 for Anthony. I am giving 4 stars rather than 3 for the service center is because I am hoping that my latest experience is a sign of a positive shift at this dealership. If more of the customer facing people both in the service center and at this dealership in general would treat customers with the friendliness, appreciation, and empathy that Anthony showed, I'd feel much better about recommending this dealership and its service dept and giving it a higher rating. More
