It was great to work with Mike Waddle on the recall for my Ford Edge. He was polite, kind and efficient. In less than an hour my washed vehicle was ready. Arrived for routine service, but the service advisor pointed out that they had received the parts needed for a recall notice to my 2013 Escape. Came in for a GPS update. Was told the ones available weren’t good, and have to wait two weeks. I scheduled the appointment a week ahead, and was surprised no one contacted me about not having a GPS update that was ready to install. I now have nothing on my Home Screen, it’s completely black, and am waiting for what I assume is my original system to restart again In a couple of days. Yikes. Victor was honest and helpful. More
