Although several people from AHF had called me and I had set an appointment to come in, Tony opened the door for me upon arrival and right away asked how he could help me. I test drove with him and then he chatted with me about the car, how I liked it and how we could make a deal. it was an easy conversation and Tony is fun to work with.
