If it wasn't for Ryan Livingston I'd be rating you a 3 star. Ryan did a FANTASTIC job of "picking up the ball" after my original salesperson left your firm. I have purchased cars from AH Ford in the past. Those cars were cleaner (washed and shiny) and also had a full tank of gas. I was a little disappointed that this was not the case with this car.
