I've had my F150 for 15 years (bought at Roesch). I've always resisted using Dealer for service as the word was they were too expensive. I started using them a couple of months after doing a competitive always resisted using Dealer for service as the word was they were too expensive. I started using them a couple of months after doing a competitive check on spark plug replacements (tune up). Not only were they competitive, but due to their expertise on my truck, they replaced them without any breakage. (saved me a possible $800). Now I took my truck for an oil change. Competitive and quick. I'm sold. I love my truck (150K miles) and want to keep it for another 100K. I will trust it to the exerts. Thanks More

I called Mike in CS just after the noon hour on a Saturday and explained my recent widowed mom had called and asked if I could get her car serviced asap as she was concerned about the dependability a Saturday and explained my recent widowed mom had called and asked if I could get her car serviced asap as she was concerned about the dependability and safety of her car. Without hesitation, Mike explained to me to get her car there by early mid afternoon and felt all mentioned service items could be completed before the close of that day.
