Great Buying Experience I returned to Arlington Heights Ford last week after my first purchase 5 years ago. I originally walked into the dealership in the fall of 2014 to buy a Ford Explorer. The sales person, Jeff Rekards, greeted me and asked what vehicle I was interested in. He was thorough, patient and very professional. Walking into a dealership can be an intimidating prospect, but my experience was anything but. Because Jeff Reckards treated me with such respect and integrity that I vowed when it was time to trade in my 2013 Explorer, I would go back to him. Fast forward to last week. I met with Jeff and bought another Explorer from AH Ford. He was fair and kept my purchase within my budget. I recommend Jeff to my family and friends and am happy to recommend him to you. Five stars! More

Good Experience With Repair I brought my car in based on feedback from my daughter who is the primary driver of the car, Mike Waddle was very helpful in making sure I really need I brought my car in based on feedback from my daughter who is the primary driver of the car, Mike Waddle was very helpful in making sure I really needed the service I was asking for.
