Insulting False advertisement and a terrible sales team. I was interested in a used Focus that they had, I made an hour trip to check it out, and was going to p False advertisement and a terrible sales team. When I get to the test drive I check the features that the car has against what they list it having on both their site and autotrader posting, both saying that the car had a backup camera, the car had no camera. While out on the test drive the sales guy Ryan Livingston was in the back seat texting, as soon as we pull back into the lot one of the other sales guys immediately comes over and claims that someone else was there to check out the exact same car, at 12:30 on a weekday, yeah, sure, which is why I kept an eye on it from the window, nobody ever bothered with it during the negotiations on price. Due to these factors I lowered my offer to $1000 over the Edmunds rate for the car, the sales guy got mad and got another the manager Tony Guido who got upset with me for having done any research before hand and kept going on with useless information like what the guy who traded in the car I was interested in bought, as if it had any bearing on the price. To add further insult because I wouldn't budge on price due to the above they tried to offer me an ugly Nissan Versa Note, then got even madder when I immediately said no, I left and refused to take their business card. When I walked out, the sales guy threw the key fob for the Focus that I had come to check out. More

I was greeted at the door by Lonnie and instantly felt welcomed. You could tell, he wantedMy business. That is a huge plus. I ended up buying a beautiful (used) replacement and I felt everyone was happy with the outcome. The deal was done in a matter of minutes and everyone I felt came out a winner. Cassie explained the process, ran my credit and I was approved. It is so important for sales people to listen to the needs of the customer. Janet Trujillo, Cassie smith, Maria Patino, and krystall Guerrero are exemplary. I certainly feel that my needs for pricing and vehicle Information are met in a timely manner with kindness and consideration. I am still shopping for a new vehicle and a dealership. Bad Service and they won't respect the people . I visited 2 times in a week this place they won't tell the exact problem but they charge 105$ diagnose charge . Although the car smells like smoke, the salesman said he had just smoked next to the car. Clearly was not the case. The car continued to smell once home with it. After purchasing the car we needed to know the lender's name for insurance. It was not stated on the paperwork. My son called TWO times spoke with someone who took his number and they never called back, and actually hung up on him. My husband called a third time, the man was extremely rude and the they tried to put him off again by taking his information, but he refused and demanded the lender's name. It took the finance person two seconds to look it up in his computer. Horrible customer service, I would not recommend this dealer! More
