We had a great experience with our Salesman George. I had to put money down on our lease, which I don’t like to do, but it helped get the lease at the for the right payment. Excellent and fast for finding my vehicle Eric was wonderful to work with. The Best Had an issue with my audio/display system. Took my Explorer in and it was found to be a bad module that was replace under the new car warranty. Not leaving until you're comfortable. After having work done to replace my Right front Control arms, I was driving off and thought I heard a rubbing sound. I slowed and crept around the building to try and listen. Jerry who was in his truck and leaving for the day, noticed my actions, inquired on what I was doing, and wouldn't go home for the day until I was comfortable with the cars performance. Turned out the sound was outside and not my vehicle. * The next morning, Mike called to follow-up and give me a suggestion for my interior regarding another issue they had performed for me. Nothing else to say, but Great Customer service, and Thank you to Jerry, Mike and staff! More
