My car was dropped Off on Wednesday and holiday next day and didn’t get back until Saturday. Parts mix up and they didn’t start working on my car until Saturday. 3 hour job had car for 3 days. Works was and didn’t get back until Saturday. Parts mix up and they didn’t start working on my car until Saturday. 3 hour job had car for 3 days. Works was perfect but time was long. Not sure where labor hours came from higher than expected but overall quality job. More

Oil Change Came in for an oil change and left with more problems that I came in with. Technician did not screw a shield back on after the oil change which I d Came in for an oil change and left with more problems that I came in with. Technician did not screw a shield back on after the oil change which I dragged around for a whole day till I noticed where the noise was coming from. Went trough all the trouble and my own time to get the shield unscrewed which I brought in the next day after the oil change and no one even apologized for making such a rookie mistake. In addition they somehow managed to unscrew my tire valve so my tire kept loosing air, for which I had to got buy a tool to screw it back in which was not that big of a deal but you would expect more from "Certified Ford dealer". I would give them 0 starts if it was an option. Never going back there again and would never recommend it to anyone. More
