Excellent and fast for finding my vehicle Eric was wonderful to work with. The Best Had an issue with my audio/display system. Took my Explorer in and it was found to be a bad module that was replace under the new car warranty. Not leaving until you're comfortable. After having work done to replace my Right front Control arms, I was driving off and thought I heard a rubbing sound. I slowed and crept around the building to try and listen. Jerry who was in his truck and leaving for the day, noticed my actions, inquired on what I was doing, and wouldn't go home for the day until I was comfortable with the cars performance. Turned out the sound was outside and not my vehicle. * The next morning, Mike called to follow-up and give me a suggestion for my interior regarding another issue they had performed for me. Nothing else to say, but Great Customer service, and Thank you to Jerry, Mike and staff! More
