I've always had a great service experience at AH Ford. We were in Wisconsin when the gear shift stopped working and I was towed to a Chevy Dealer. The customer service is exceptional! I have left my car for the engine repair in Arlington Heights Ford and it was the right decision. My car has been repaired quickly and without any haste. The car that I rented was in good condition as well. I was notified frequently about the state of my car and was alerted when to pick it up.
