I had an excellent experience with the Service Department at Arlington Heights Ford. In particular, the sales agent I have worked with for my past few vehicles, including this one, has been Steve Ursin. Could not recommend him higher. Very friendly and personable, not pushy or "salesy" at all, and truly feels like you're working with a friend, which all leads to an enjoyable sales experience, rather than an anxious or stressful one. Joe Baez in finance couldn't have made the process more of a breeze. The duo team really knocked it out of the park, and made my wife and I (and toddler in tow) super comfortable.
