Took my car at the appointed time. Said it would be ready in an hour, which it was. Came and told me my brake fluid was low and I could either have it done now or come back. Had it done the same day a ready in an hour, which it was. Came and told me my brake fluid was low and I could either have it done now or come back. Had it done the same day as oil change. Chris the service technician greeted us at the appointed time and had a loaner car ready. After explaining our problem on the 2017 MDX he told us he would give me call once they found out the problem. Next time and had a loaner car ready. After explaining our problem on the 2017 MDX he told us he would give me call once they found out the problem. Next day as promised he called and explained what was required to fix the problem. Interestingly, I took the car to another dealer 1 month ago and they were not able to fix the problem. The problem was fixed and the car was to be picked up as promised. It was very refreshing to have a knowledgeable service technician. I would definitely recommed that you ask for Chris for your service needs. More
