I dread buying a new car. I work in healthcare, so negotiating with salespeople is not something I enjoy or routinely do. There was very little pressure and my husband, who is the worst negotiator on earth, talked Scott into free mats. Ha! I call that a win. Dave in finance was super helpful and knowledgeable as well. I was out with my new car in 2.5 hours. I would definitely return in the future. More

One would assume a luxury car dealer would offer a higher level of customer care, service, and professionalism than a shady used car salesman. When you see other reviews that say run don’t walk they are not over exaggerating in fact I would suggest finding a different dealership to buy your car!! It looks like a good deal until you go to purchase. Many added fees and including a “bird poop protective package” charges added. I know there are fees you are expected to pay but not for a package that is optional at other dealerships. The bird poop protection is actually not even a fee it is an coating which is a service that most dealerships offer which I was offered when I bought my Chevy and declined. Also, their time is the only important time. The finance guy didn’t care that I had to wait 1 1/2 Hours to give him my check but was in a huge hurry when I wanted to check the numbers. I will never return!! More
