This dealership is GREAT... but I am partial to Mohammed. This is my second vechile I have leased from him. When I leased my first MDX from him, he made me a promise that I did not believe he could keep. HA This is my second vechile I have leased from him. WHO does that today ... well Mohammed from Arlington Acura does! ALSO .. while I was in the process of deciding what I wanted to do, my Girlfriend called me about my MDX. So I sent her to Mohammed and they also leased a new leased MDX that night. They were amazed by his knowledge and his friendly customer service. I saw the car I wanted online so knew that if the car was as nice as the pictures and Carfax indicated, I would purchase the same day. I was greeted by Joe when I arrived. He did not treat me like someone just wasting time driving cars, which I sometimes have received being young and all. He was very honest and personable which I appreciated. Had I received a pushy salesman, I would have instantly left. After all, I was purchasing a Honda Civic not a Bentley. I could have easily walked out and found another one right down the street. But overall, I was satisfied and the process was not cumbersome. There were a few minor issues with the car (alignment, foggy headlights) that they promised they would take care of before I picked it up a few days later. And they took care of it and I was very pleased to be greeted with the car with everything done that they had promised. Thanks again Joe and Arlington Arcura. Appreciate the no hassle process! More

We immediately connected and he walked us through every aspect of the car purchasing experience. It is not very often you meet such a friendly and personable sales associate. We immediately connected with Mike and allowed us to take our time and answered all of our questions (of which we had many) and he guided us through the car buying experience flawlessly and with the utmost professionalism! I went in to look at a car came home with a new car. The manager Tim was great to deal with. He did a great job explaining the pricing and making it work for me. Muhammed and Omar just made my day today. I went in just to see what they can do about an 8 inch scratch/keyed mishap that encountered last Friday near my gas cover on the driver side... ouch!! They took the time to examine it, and at 1st they said that it was going to be about $50 and that it would not be 100%- I actually misunderstood the warranty that we purchased with the car, I thought it included scratches but its on dings & dents only.... as it turns out, I then realized I had a $50 gift certificate that Costco had sent me after we purchased our car with the Costco deal that I could have used but it's not printed out!!! I had asked about it to Omar- Without hesitation, Omar informed me that scratch is out totally, and also the car needed a software upgrade and they are working on it... plus it's no charge for today!! I was like Wow.... no doubt about it, this has made my day super duper better!!! What a day that was.... I am super excited and happy to say this is just so awesome!!! More
