Skeptical? My last two auto purchases were horrible experiences. With that history and lack of desired inventory in my community I expanded my search radius. Using the Internet, I found what appeared to be our perfect match at Arlington Acura. Though E-mails and text messages salesman Muhammad Petel kept reassuring me that our two and a half trip to view the vehicle would not be a disappointment. I have to admit I was very skeptical. You know auto salesman don’t generally have a good reputation. However, I am happy to report that my fears were unwarranted and that Mr. Petel was correct. The vehicle was better than we had hoped it would be. The haggling over price and trade in was a pleasure. Ha ha! My wife and I left the dealership in our 2015 TLX happy and in less than three hours. Though, I expected to find the same service here in Chicago, let me tell you, not all Acura dealerships are created equal. I went to one closer to my home and what a HORRIBLE experience that was. Then my brother in law who purchased his car from Muhammed recommended that I drive out a little further to Palatine and speak with Muhammed. I called Muhammed over the phone and told him what I needed, he called back 20 mins later and said the deal is done and had the car ready and prepped the morning I came in. No hassle, no long wait and excellent and honest service. Will definitely be buying from Arlington Acura and Muhammed again! More
