Used car purchase experience I have purchased six cars from this dealership since year 2009. On the 11th of June I 2016 I purchased 2010 Toyota Corollla from Mohamed Patel. By th I have purchased six cars from this dealership since year 2009. On the 11th of June I 2016 I purchased 2010 Toyota Corollla from Mohamed Patel. By the way I really commend Mohamed for his stellar effort to convince me to purchase this car to my daughter. He is the only reason I come back to this dealership. I just want to give my kudos to Richard ( Finance consultant) for his outstanding effort to find a bank to finance the car for my daughter. Anyhow we were in a hurry to go home since it was late in the day on a Saturday. I noticed when I got home there was a dent on rear fender. I called Mohamed and he said that to bring the car in on Mon. On Mon my daughter went to start the car and it would not start. I called AAA and they were there in twenty mts and they told me the battery was completely dead and it had the original battery. I purchased the battery from AAA and it costed me $144.00. I called Mohamed and he did say that will reimburse my expenses specially when the safety check was performed before I purchased. How could they not notice that the battery was low and there was a leak in it as well. My daughter brought the car on Tuesday to fix the fender and to get reimbursed for the battery. Service department advised her there is nothing they could do since it was a used car. I came to the dealer few days later and spoke to Omar and he told me the batteries could die anytime and there is nothing he could do. As far as I am concerned it is the principle. I doubt that I would come back to this dealership. I never expected this from Arlington Accura. More
