I was anxious about visiting a dealership (being a single mom), but Sam was so patient and addressed all my concerns. He made me feel comfortable, and genuinely cared that I get both a quality vehicle and good financing. His manager was also patient and respectful, carefully explaining all the details. He accurately described the car to me on the phone before I made the hour+ drive to Arlington. Ideen Ghaffari handled the financial side and was equally friendly, polite and professional. I've always felt going to a dealership was on par with going to the DMV and the dentist. Not here. The staff at Arlington Acura give used car salesmen a GOOD name! :)) Many thanks guys! **REVISED 8/19/19** It has been 16 days since I wrote a check to Arlington Acura. It took them 11 days before they processed my check. It is now 16 days after my purchase date and I still don't have a title to my car. After making calls to the finance guy, Ideen G, and the Used Car Manager I still do not have my title. I was told my checks were being processed soon. Was told by both of them that I would be given a follow up call. Neither Ideen or the Sales Manager have followed up. What I thought was a very straight forward purchase from a reputable auto group has been a huge disappointment. More

The Acura MDX is the most expensive car i ever bought. The experience was unbelievably terrible. I'd give 0 stars if i could. There are several issues but it's not worth my time to list them all. I explained to the head of service when i came to get things they owed me that I was terribly dissatisfied. I figured for sure someone would call. Nothing. I had to make an appointment 2 weeks from my last visit to get the other thing that was promised. I'm here today and while waiting for the service people, I asked for the tutorial that was too late to get on the day I bought the car after I was told my sales guy Stuart was too busy to do it and it was his responsibility. So today I asked and was told to make an appointment as today is for selling cars. That was straight from the GM who I asked for. I told him I was terribly dissatisfied with my experience here. Sorry to hear that he said. Then silence. I told him I'd never buy another car here. I understand he said. Polite smile. Tells you how much my business was valued after he got the sale. The salesperson got the Acura interest rate wrong. He said it was 4.99. At the closing, which took well over 2 hours of waiting because they were busy and had 1 guy to do the close. Turns out it was 5.62%. I had to keep the Acura loan in place for 4 months so they got their rebate which was based on having it in place for 4 months. Stuart promised me 3 oil changes. When I came the first time 2 weeks ago, he was too busy to talk to me but told the service manager he didn’t remember that and if it isn’t in the paperwork, well sorry. I’m paying it off Monday. I hope they lose their rebate as I got mine. There were some other problems and promises that weren't followed through on that I won't go into. Buy elsewhere! I'll go to McGrath in MG and see if I can transfer my warranty to their store and get the tutorial there. More
