AAIP did very good job. They put some extra effort to fix my MDX. It wasn't easy dealing with Acura Customers Warranty Department but they did it. Good service as expected Everything was done very well. The work was done in the time quoted. The car was very clean when I got it back. The one complaint that I have is that when the work was complete the car was parked at the entrance to the service bay area with the drivers door completely open. This could have resulted in another car hitting the drivers door when entering the service area. Also it was starting to rain and the interior of the car door was slightly wet when I got in the car to leave. The car was visible from the waiting room and the car door was open for more than ten minutes. Fortunately no permanent damage occurred but the door should not have been left open. I have been a customer since 2006 for a TL and now an RDX and I will return for service on my car.. More
