Immediately contacted Arizona Best Cars and explained the situation. I was in a new Mercedes within the hour. Better deal, better car, newer model, etc. I highly recommend this dealership and will be buying all my cars from this location. Thank you Albert! 5/1/2020 UPDATE I was T-Boned January 2020 and the vehicle was totaled. Unfortunately I have to change this review and it's ONLY due to the "recent issues." My contract came with Gap and a service warranty. The dealership cashed the warranty check 3/6/2020 and will not give the money to the lien holder. The dealership said they sent it however avoids all phone calls and emails from the bank. The dealership will not provide a check number nor tracking for the check. The bank has called them many times and left multiple messages asking for the funds. It's now the month of May and I STILL have a loan for a car I no longer have because this dealership will not send in my service warranty refund check. The bank stated they have to give them a certain amount of time before they seek legal action themselves. The service warranty company stated to file a complaint with the local DMV and seek legal action, all of which I'm doing. So until this is resolved I'm stuck with this loan on my credit. More
