BEWARE!!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!! RUN!!!!!!! Very unethical. We were buying a car but end up buying somewhere else. They told us we will loose the $2k we put down since we sign some paper wor Very unethical. We were buying a car but end up buying somewhere else. They told us we will loose the $2k we put down since we sign some paper work (mistake on my end) so we decided to just take the car. Within 24hrs the check engine light came on and there was some some issue with the battery charging system (fancy hybrid) anyways 3 day later I call and they tell me that car need a new computer and they will have to cancel the transaction. That was the first week in March and here I am literally 2 months later going thru a dispute process with the Attorney General’s office because they haven’t refunded the $1,552.50 I put down with my credit card. They treat you very good at the beginning as a client, but they will throw you under the bus as a person and that speaks not only about the bad customer service when things go bad but also about the type of people that works there. More

Excellent Service My husband spoke to Daniel about securing a vehicle before we received the insurance money. We went on Sunday and asked if we could leave a deposit t My husband spoke to Daniel about securing a vehicle before we received the insurance money. We went on Sunday and asked if we could leave a deposit then return the next week after the check cleared for the balance of the payment to pick up the car. The owner, Boris, met with us. He asked for a down payment and told us to leave him an undated check for the balance and told us we could take the car home with us. We live 100 miles away from this dealership and we were amazed by the great customer service we received and how Boris and Daniel went out of their way to help us out financially until the insurance settlement check was received. I called Albert today to tell him the insurance check came and I would be depositing it in the bank. The sales people are wonderful, friendly and very accommodating. The vehicles they sell are really very very nice. We would refer this dealership to our friends. More
