CJ is the only redeeming aspect of this experience. I believe corporate was to blame. My engine overheated and I took one of the numerous extended warranty or recalls letters with me to have the car in I believe corporate was to blame. My engine overheated and I took one of the numerous extended warranty or recalls letters with me to have the car inspected. Thankfully I was informed that the overheating issue was in fact due to the faulty engine component and that they would be replacing the engine at no cost to me. 3 months later it was finally replaced. I was offered no remediation such as a loaner or even a phone call from corporate apologizing for making a crappy car and having a crappy supply line. I will not be purchasing a Kia again and am tempted to short their stock to cash in when their system inevitably fails enough customers. Kia dishonors itself. More
