Mark on the service side was courteous, professional and followed up on an intermittent electrical problem I have had in the past. He showed me how to move the transmission selector from neutral to drive if followed up on an intermittent electrical problem I have had in the past. My round trip ride with Lyft went without a hitch as Arapahoe installed my new ignition switch in one single stop.
