Needless to say, we will never buy another Kia again because this is the only dealership near our house to work on warranty issues. More

As the Telluride is a brand new model, I went in to Arapahoe Kia about six weeks ago to see the car, test drive one similar, and put a deposit down on the specific vehicle I was interested in. Braylon helped me through the entire process, and was exceptionally knowledgeable about all of the features in the vehicles from all of the technological bells and whistles to its safety and driving features. There was not a question he could not answer. In addition to his knowledgeability, Braylon was very polite, thorough, and pleasant to work with.
