As the Telluride is a brand new model, I went in to Arapahoe Kia about six weeks ago to see the car, test drive one similar, and put a deposit down on the specific vehicle I was interested in. Braylon helped me through the entire process, and was exceptionally knowledgeable about all of the features in the vehicles from all of the technological bells and whistles to its safety and driving features. There was not a question he could not answer. In addition to his knowledgeability, Braylon was very polite, thorough, and pleasant to work with. They went out of their way to help get me to and from work while they were putting on new tires for me. Again, they were kind and very helpful and didn't overcharge for the work.
