I specifically asked them not to shop my deal, because I needed a certain type of vehicle. They not only shopped it but came back with a car that was no where close to what I had asked for or needed. To make matters worse they said they would 'let me know" if there was anything else they could do and never bothered to contact me. So now, I have a ton of new inquiries, no car and no response from them. Don't go through this dealership - they are worthless! More
Service department further broke vehicle We had a 2013 Optima SX-T that had the transmission temperature sensor go out, and the power steering completely stopped working. No problem right? T We had a 2013 Optima SX-T that had the transmission temperature sensor go out, and the power steering completely stopped working. No problem right? The car has a 100,000-mile warranty, well according to this dealership it didn't....a quick phone call to KIA corporate confirmed that we did, in fact, have out 100,000 warranty. It took a week to get the next available appt., they promised our car would be done no later than Friday at drop off, they had no rental car lined up for us despite us having called in advance to ensure we would have one. Late Friday afternoon rolls around with no news on our car, so my husband calls and they tell him " they've ordered the wrong part" and that we will now have the car back Monday, they finally provided the rental car Sat. We pick up our car Monday after calling the dealership in the morning and being told they didn't know if they had the part or if it was even going to be worked on. While I guess they fixed the power steering and the temp gauge, they broke the wipers completely....and the sunroof track....which was hanging down..... I called service advisor Mark who told me I was out of luck, too late in the day to be seen. We drove that KIA straight to the VW dealership and traded it in for a Passat, avoid taking your car to Arapahoe KIA unless you want a major headache. More

Mark checked me in and engaged my battery to check the digital display for the mileage. He left it like that for over an hour. After 45 mins, another service counter rep turned the flashers on to remind everyone the car had nor been looked at yet. So instead of getting a recall item fixed, I have been sitting for 3 hours while they figure it out. And of course the battery is completely dead. More

Into my hometown dealership. They did a full inspection including my brakes tires and everything. They replace the brake sensor since the unit it was recalled. Came out to Colorado. Got the safety recall on my engine so I took it to Arapahoe Kia. Amazing they found nothing wrong with my engine but the said my brakes were well below spec and I needed new tires actually they wanted to do almost 1000 dollars worth of work. So either the dealership I have been using for 7 years in incompetent or Arapahoe trying to gouge me. I have no issues with the brakes and my tires are less than2 months old. I know I am concerned about the safety inspection. Since they don't sound like they will admit any car needs the long block replaced.. If you need service stay away from these guys. Take it to a different Kia dealer. So glad I dont have to deal with these guys regularly. More
Buyer beware They will tell you that the service warranty is included but in actuality you pay for it. I was charged an extra $4,500 for service and maintenance co They will tell you that the service warranty is included but in actuality you pay for it. I was charged an extra $4,500 for service and maintenance contracts that they said were included. I took included to mean free of charge to me. The monthly payment amount was what we agreed on so I didn't look closely enough. When I got home saw these extra charges and did some research on the company who provides the service contract and found out that they have a very low rating and people are very unhappy with them. When I called Arapahoe Kia to tell them I wanted this removed from my paperwork or canceled immediately no one was available to talk to me. They said they would call me back but it has been 2 days and I have heard nothing. I'm sure because they're running this scam they get these calls all the time after people get home and have a chance to take a closer look at their paperwork so they know exactly why I'm calling. Now I will have to go up there today and deal with them in person because I am not going to play phone tag to get myself out of this rip-off scam. I will never shop at a dealin Doug dealership again and I will make sure that everyone I know realizes that this is not a reputable place to shop More
Unhappy Customer Came to get air condition fixed found out a part was needed part was ordered told it would take up to 4 days. Part came in no call I called and was told part has been sitting for 2 days. After part was installed electrical problem came up was told to leave vehicle but Kia doesn't provide a loaner car per service worker but when I call the 800# I was told that they did. So sitting in the waiting area for 5hrs and was told it's going to take up to 8hrs to fix the problem is very frustrating and my vehicle is under warranty. I should have been offered transportation or free oil change for the next few times or something. If I weren't under warranty I would definitely go somewhere else. More

Very Disappointed Very disappointed with this dealership. The sales people & managers were very poorly dressed & not perfessional at all. I know they are in the process Very disappointed with this dealership. The sales people & managers were very poorly dressed & not perfessional at all. I know they are in the process of moving, but this dealership was a mess. No privacy when you met with the sales person. Every one else heard your business. We were given the run around & were even asked to come back the next day, being promised they would make things happen. We live 45 min from this dealership & still no deal was made. We ended up at Groove Ford down the street & made a deal with no problem. More
Be aware PreOwned Certified Inspection do not happen PreOwned Kia Car Buyers Beware. PreOwned Certified Inspections are just away to lure you in. Arapahoe Kia does not do all inspection and fix what is n PreOwned Kia Car Buyers Beware. PreOwned Certified Inspections are just away to lure you in. Arapahoe Kia does not do all inspection and fix what is needed per the PreOwned Certified Inspection Brochure. We bought 3 cars in one weekend at Arapahoe Kia. We bought 2 used cars under Kia’s PreOwned Certified Inspection. Last week less than 8 months since we purchased the cars, the Rio needed work. We bought the Gold Pack warranty in addition these cars are part of the PreOwned Certified inspection. Arapahoe Kia shop was not able to work on the Rio for a week in half and told my son they would not give him a loaner car while he waited for his car to be fixed. They then told my son to take it to another Kia, which we did. The Kia dealer on 104th got the car in the next day and finished the work that day. The issues with the car were bad belts, the serpentine belt, timing and another belts. These belts are part of routine maintenance that should had been replaced at 60,000 miles per Kia’s recommendation. We bought the car at 63,000 miles with warn cracked belts and was told by the sales the car had been through all routine maintenance and inspection as a part of the preowned certified warranty. The Kia mechanic at 104th told us about the routine maintenance and that this car should had never been drove off the lot or sold without those belts being changed. I was also told by Kia at 104th the serpentine belt is a safety issue and the car was unsafe to be sold in that condition. This cost me $500 which is the responsibility of the Arapahoe Kia for selling an unsafe car that is part of the certified warranty. I was patient and notified Bob at Arapahoe Kia on the day car was fixed March 29th, asking for them to pay me back the $500.00 it cost me to get these belts fixed. Bob told me today April 7th, the sales department will not pay me back. They don’t feel it was up to them to complete the routine maintenance. Yes it is their responsibility as Kia owned the car at 60,000 miles or more and guaranteed the PreOwned Certified Inspection, which includes all recommended routine maintenance were completed based on age and mileage of the car by Kia guidelines.
