Wouldn't recommend 3 stars for Sales 1 star for finance 2 stars for the dealership August 2019 - My wife and I went in to lease a Kia Sorrento back where we spent F 3 stars for Sales 1 star for finance 2 stars for the dealership August 2019 - My wife and I went in to lease a Kia Sorrento back where we spent Friday evening test driving the cars and returned on Saturday to look at leasing options. We spoke to a sales rep and agreed on a price range obviously depending on our credit and duration of the lease. From that price range, we figured we would be along the lower number (since we have credit in the 800+ range) we continued the leasing process. We began the paperwork with the sales manager, when we transitioned the process into the finance group. This is where it went from Okay to Bad. We sat down with the finance manager and began to review the process of our lease. At this point we got our monthly payment which was on the higher end of the number range given to us. This surprised us to say the least due to our excellent credit. The finance manager mentioned this was due to taxes not being included, which the sales manager informed us that taxes were included (Issue #1). Instead of fighting it, we agreed to the payment and moved on. The finance manager then introduced the warranty process. After declining the service, the finance manager said and I quote "Here’s what I’ll do, I’m able to move some numbers around and get that same warranty for you for only $2 more month”. Figuring this would cover a majority of the "issues" we would have with a lease, we continued with the process. The next sheet to sign highlighted the overall cost of the warranty, which once was $400 (fake numbers for example) dollars and now became ($600) dollars. Getting a bit frustrated I asked how our price went from A to B and now to C. The finance manager could sense our frustration and began to explain the same theory of punching some keys and moving numbers around. (Issue #2) Again we decided to move on with the process. Finally before almost having the keys in hand, the finance manager introduced a fee for returning the car at the end of the lease to the dealership in the term of $400. Again this wasn’t even explained to us during any part of the buying process (Issue #3). At this point this is when my wife and I decided that this wasn't the best decision for us since this was the 3rd time that the price continued to go up. We tried to be nice about it saying we needed to leave and think about it, and the finance manager said "I would recommend against that, we might not have time for you, and I will be very busy later today." A bit shocked with that response, we left the keys, all paperwork and left the dealership and not returning. I would summarize this review by stating that this dealership wasn't upfront with all of the pricing when leasing a vehicle, when asked multiple times. To be honest it felt like we were getting taken advantage of. We ended up taking our business elsewhere and purchased a car for the same price as a 36 month loan from this dealership. I believe this would show how outrageous their pricing scheme is. I would not recommend this dealership, and now after seeing other reviews and their overall rating, I can see why they are at the rating they are. More

They do not return calls, do not care about your time, cannot diagnose anything unless a “code” is thrown, and like someone else said, they couldn’t fix a flat tire. Needless to say, we will never buy another Kia again because this is the only dealership near our house to work on warranty issues. More
