My latest response from the sales associate is my pdf download of my paystub is blurry. Still haven’t heard from the sales manager. It wasn’t blurry Saturday. Monday. Tuesday. Or Wednesday. Thursday at noon it’s blurry since my husband said we will be there at 3pm for our money back…. and that’s the holdup. The sales manger and the finance manager said nothing about the pdf being insufficient. Heck they still didn’t communicate this with me. The salesman told my husband this when he was angry talking on the phone.

Funny, I have called multiple times and no one answers their phone or calls back. So much for discussing anything. At this point, you should offer to take back the vehicle and give me my trade in back but instead I'm having to contact my lawyer about the lack of communication and help from anyone at this dealership.

With a check hand delivered to your dealership, the vehicle is paid for. Why do YOU insist on a running credit? When you have a certified check and the payment process does not go through you Why do YOU insist on a credit check? We we told last night the GM will not allow transfer until credit has been run on both of us? There were several other red flags that were apparent but i dont think you want to put in here for everyone to read. One item is illegal and it got cought. I have documents (Worksheet) only when i brought it up to joel was it handled. Makes you wonder how many other customers didnt see that and got swindled.
