While the sales rep was good, when we actually purchased the car it really needed to be cleaned and the poor sales guy had to clean it because the team that is supposed to clean it couldn't be bothered appa the car it really needed to be cleaned and the poor sales guy had to clean it because the team that is supposed to clean it couldn't be bothered apparently to even dust! Arapahoe Kia had the biggest selection of Carnivals in the Denver area. The first time we went in it was a wait of 15-20 mins to get someone to help us. Once we hooked up with Jaheim our sales experience the Denver area. The first time we went in it was a wait of 15-20 mins to get someone to help us. Once we hooked up with Jaheim our sales experience improved greatly. I was a bit disappointed Arapahoe Kia didn't offer us at least the first Oil change at no charge. Other dealers do offer maintenance incentives. We will probably start our maintenance at a local shop vs Arapahoe Kia. More
