It doesn’t appear they followed through on everything the service gentleman told me. I can my ties did not get rotated as the paper states, I received an email about parts ordered, which should have never ha service gentleman told me. No problem with dropping the car off for a regular oil change. Service guys are nice - I like working with Donnie. But they topped off my wiper fluid with not "winter" stuff, and it froze when I drove to change. Service guys are nice - I like working with Donnie.
