They had a used car on their lot that I wanted, had the car I wanted not been on their lot, I’d not have visited this dealership. When I arrived, the service was normal, but they didn't keep me informed about what was happening with my car. When it was ready, my car was parked outside for about 35 minutes, and they didn't even call m keep me informed about what was happening with my car. I'm considering looking for another Kia location to get my services done. More
I previously had 3 years of excellent service from Arapahoe Kia. However, my last experience was a complete disaster. Initially, I called 3 times to make a service appointment. Each time I ended up at Arapahoe Kia. However, my last experience was a complete disaster. Initially, I called 3 times to make a service appointment. Each time I ended up at a mailbox with the message ‘this mailbox cannot be used’. On my 4th call, I explained this to the operator and then ended up with an AI bot who scheduled a service appointment for me with the caveat that the appointment should not be considered confirmed until I received a call from the service department. Two days later I still had not received a call from the service department. Three more calls again led me to the same mailbox with the message ‘this mailbox cannot be used’. On my 4th call the operator took notes about my experience and apparently went down to the service department and explained the situation. Several hours later, I received a call from a human being in the service department and was actually able to schedule my service. After my service the following week, I was not able to get a print out of the inspection results because of computer problems. Now, several days later, I receive an email from Arapahoe Kia stating that they are sorry I missed my appointment and would be happy to reschedule. Since I did not miss my appointment, I have no idea why I received this message. Someone needs to clean up this mess. More
