If I could give a 0 I would. Terrible customer service and communication. Had multiple people working with us, had to constantly repeat things, very long wait times putting a dep Terrible customer service and communication. Came back with a price with $10k in additional add ons which was just ridiculous during the negotiations. One of the many people working with us kept using the phone and taking other phone calls. When we wanted to go for a test drive 0% left on EV battery and no gas. We did requested not to work with him again, but that didn’t happen until we requested numerous times. When we when to pick the car was told everything was completed. Was not completed, even though we had a list and reviewed it numerous times and the car battery was only 20% charged. To say we were upset was an understatement. This care was a surprise gift for our son. They now have to order things that were missing/ promised, once those come in, have to go back (an hour away from our home), set up an appointment with the person does the needed touch up paint and buffing. One salesperson Joy really did try her best in a very bad situation. Also had to deal with three different managers. The final manager we dealt with Joel did finally try to organize and correct all the things that went wrong. Time will tell if we receive the products they had to order, if the man who does buffing and touch painting is satisfactory and see how long it takes to get this completed. The finance manager was organized with the paperwork. The one discrepancy we ran across using a Colorado funded plan for EV/ PHEV needed the original email with approval from state forwarded to her. Problem we only had a copy of the approval email with the code, had to call and get another original email forwarded to her. The person in charge of the is plan for the state of Colorado said that was not necessary since we had a copy. Just extra aggravation on top of an already horrible experience. More

As before, I was always greeted, and they always told me they would be right with me. No one greeted me when I arrived, and I didn’t know what the process was, since I hadn’t visited a Kia dealership for qu they would be right with me. No one greeted me when I arrived, and I didn’t know what the process was, since I hadn’t visited a Kia dealership for quite some time, the last time being for my car’s anti-lock alarm recall. So I finally went up to the counter and asked a lady, who I found out later was my advisor, Alex. She was typing on the computer and couldn’t take a moment to say hello. All she kept saying was, “We’ll be right with you.” I found out it was Alex, my advisor. At least she was nice enough to give me my invoice since I requested a mail and invoice instead of an email. More
