I had an oil change appointment on Friday, and at the time, everything appeared to go smoothly. After returning home, the vehicle remained parked in my driveway for the entire weekend and was not moved a time, everything appeared to go smoothly. After returning home, the vehicle remained parked in my driveway for the entire weekend and was not moved again until Tuesday, when I needed to leave for work. At that point, I backed out of the driveway and discovered a massive oil spill left behind. As a result, I had to miss time from work in order to return the vehicle for service and leave it there for inspection and repair. In addition to the inconvenience and lost time, I am now left dealing with a significant oil stain and cleanup on my driveway. This situation has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. What makes this even more concerning is the urgency of the cleanup. Because of HOA regulations, I cannot simply leave the stain as is and address it later. I am now in the position of having to deal with a major mess, potential HOA issues, and the time and cost associated with cleaning damage that appears to have resulted directly from the service performed on my vehicle. More
Sales was good but finance department was terrible. Our service agent was very friendly and kept us updated on the progress of our maintenance, we also had a question for finance he escorted us to the lobby and told the receptionist what we needed. Unfortunately, i was disappointed on the misinformation. We were told when we purchased our vehicle the salesman told us that the 1st oil change would be FREE OIL CHARGE, just bring our car back to Arapahoe KIa and they would hook us up. my wife made the appointment we drove 50 miles in a snowstorm to keep our appointment to only be told that that particular incentive was not valid. Needless to say, we paid for the oil change. at a much higher cost then if we went to a local Kia. To be honest we won't be going back to Arapahoe. More

The representative was professional and service was as expected but the repair order would've charged me for a service it shouldn't have. Although fixed once I was able to get ahold of the service rep, ge expected but the repair order would've charged me for a service it shouldn't have. Although fixed once I was able to get ahold of the service rep, getting through to him took an unnecessary larger amount of time and phone calls to get through. For whatever reason, the Repair Order did not offer the "Message Rep" or " Request a Call" option. More
