Alex informed me about pulling up to the service garage door which would then automatically open, making it easier for me to arrive at the Service Department. That information was very helpful to know. The waiting room was clean and comfortable for my 25 minute wait. All in all, it was a pleasant break in my day! More

I waited while they did the work and the car was ready when they said it would be. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and they have free WiFi. Something that doesn’t pertain to this visit, but I wanted to say thank you, Rich and the staff have been very generous in regard to letting me have loaner vehicles and have waived the charges on more than one occasion, I really appreciated that. I would like to have then return to washing vehicles on site, although they do provide coupons for car washes. I like the oil change punch cards where your sixth one is free. I appreciate that they do inspections with the oil change to identify possible issues. This is a first rate dealership, I always recommend them to friends looking for new vehicles and hope to continue to use the service department in the future. More

Oil change and more I brought my car in for an oil change and picked the B package. As they looked at my car, they noticed that other fluids needed replacement. Plus I ne I brought my car in for an oil change and picked the B package. As they looked at my car, they noticed that other fluids needed replacement. Plus I needed new windshield wipers. Apparently, the last time I replaced them I had damaged wiper blade holders. So I was told I had to replace them. I also need new tires. At least I am sure my car is safer now. More
