WAY OVER PRICED EJ was super friendly ... service was very poor! FYI- I’ve never took my car to anybody else but AVH or Acura but this was over priced!!! Went in explained I wanted a oil change & explained to them what promblem my car had & the code it showed the P0404 & they told me the emission light was maybe caused by low oil...lol I knew for sure that was not right. left after service not even 3 miles out light comes back on & with same Symptoms lol took it back left car & put keys in overnight drop box with a note that the EGR Valve needed replacement & they charged me 50 dollars to confirm exactly what i already had told them & gave me a quote of 400+ for the Job. Went somewhere else and it was done in 5 min & 20 dollars paid to a high end mechanic with 100 dollar part... More

Chuck James was our salesperson, although we also worked w/ the Used Car Manager & the finance staff. Chuck was very personable, friendly, engaged, and pleasant, as were the others. We found negotiations to be fairly effortless and very fair. It was also REALLY NICE to do business at a car dealership w/ a team of people that didn't do some of the stereotypical "car salesmen" things that give car dealerships a bad rap. I didn't feel any of the staff was being ingenuine or gamey with us, nor trying to add on extra fees after the fact.
