Don't try so sell me things I don't need. The tech called me to let me know the oil change was done, And then tells me what else needs to be fixed and he can do that now? I said no I will double check myself (just cause I am a female does not mean I am stupid) When I went to pick it up the tech had a list of what was wrong, the list included new shocks to the tune of $600.00 - really? And the tires need to be replaced (and he can sell me new ones there) that was interesting I just purchased new tires 20,000 miles ago with 100,000 mile warranty. I don't trust you and only have my car serviced there because you are the only game in town. Because you needed to sell more cars and now claim to have lifetime warranty for those new car buyers, don't jack up my price to pay for those you cant charge anymore. Under the current ownership I will never purchase a car from Honda. I will walk across the road to Ford or Toyoto. The current owner made the decision to publically endorse political candidate by putting signs at the business. When he did that, he chose to alienate those who did not agree. You jump in that game, you take the hear. More
