Unexpected generosity that is Apple Valley Honda's STANDARD After owning my pre-owned (Apple Valley Honda) Pilot for just over a year, I got a check engine light and a few other errors indicating I had a misfir After owning my pre-owned (Apple Valley Honda) Pilot for just over a year, I got a check engine light and a few other errors indicating I had a misfire in my #3 engine cylinder. Calling around town, I discovered the cost of an inspection was comparable to other automotive dealers, so was immediately pulled back to the service professionals at AVH and it was the best decision of my summer. 1. I was able to make an appointment for the exact day and time that I needed with very little notice. The service department was flexible and accommodating to ensure MY schedule was a priority, not theirs. 2. When I was received for the maintenance, I was walked through in crystal clarity what was going to happen with my vehicle for inspection and expected wait times. 3. The wait time was less than expected and EJ Garcia, who was the assistant that walked me through my service from start to finish, gave me the most unexpected update i could have hoped for. 4. As my vehicle was not covered by any warranty, AVH was fully within their rights to do the service requested to repair my Pilot, however instead of just glazing over the process and pushing me out they door, EJ and the service experts found a means through American Honda that would repair my issue free of charge! I'm a retired Navy Veteran, and on a fixed income it isn't easy to drop several hundred dollars for repairs. It nearly brought me to tears to see AVH do their best for me and provide a service that cost nothing. They didn't settle for a simple paycheck and send me out the door, they exhausted their resources and knowledge and found a means to take care of me like I was one of their own. I am eternally grateful for the service, treatment, respect and genuine care that I got from the most unexpected of places. An auto service department. Apple Valley Honda has earned every ounce of my trust and will have me as a customer for life. With professionals like EJ Garcia and Marylin Young, you owe it to yourself to go and be treated by greatness. More

Excellent Car Salesman After driving our leased 2015 CRV for 3 years, it was time to return to the dealership. We walked in and saw the same gentleman who got us hooked on Honda's, David Gonzalez. It was great to work with someone we were familiar with. We expressed what we were looking for and David accompanied us on 3 test drives. He provided great, detailed descriptions of the cars we were driving and the differences in each one. Ultimately, we decided on a beautiful 2018 CRV. David worked really hard to make the numbers work for us, at the end. I actually told David that I would rather get a root canal than buy a car. He was gracious and said he understood but that his dealership is stellar. I loved that he spoke with pride and conviction in regards to his employer and Honda's in general.
