He is knowledgeable , personable and especially important for me was he was never pushy! Everyone I came in contact with was very personable and friendly. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! ! I was sold a vehicle in November 2021. In May 2022 the transmission blew and needed replaced. In June 2022 I had to have a cable replaced in one ! I was sold a vehicle in November 2021. In May 2022 the transmission blew and needed replaced. In June 2022 I had to have a cable replaced in one of the windows that broke. In September 2022 I took this vehicle to my regular mechanic to get inspected and it failed due to (2)HOLES in my Frame rail (I have pictures), as well as tires worn down to nothing and metal cords visible. Apple claims to have inspected my vehicle on three different occasions, twice prior to my purchase and AGAIN in May when they replaced my transmission. On all THREE inspections no mention was ever made of any rust or issues with my alignment or tires. Apple now claims that "due to the length of time that has passed" (I've only had this vehicle 10 months) and that they never notated any of these issues that they hold no responsibility for any of these issues and refuse to do anything about it. Buyer Beware! I purchased a 2019 Sentra Nismo from Apple Nissan on July 24, 2021 and still have not received my registration/plates yet. I contacted my DMV August 17th and was informed that they did not rec Nissan on July 24, 2021 and still have not received my registration/plates yet. I contacted my DMV August 17th and was informed that they did not receive my paper work and asked if I could provide them application number or tracking number. I’ve asked Apple Nissan to provide me this information but they were unwilling to provide me this info. They kept giving me reassurance that “everything will be ok” and that I will receive the registration/plates before the end of the temporary registration ends and that I would get an extension if it doesn’t. However, when I called again on September 10th, the same person I spoke to denied that he ever said that and said that they have two other clients still waiting for their plates since May. The DMV still does not have my paperwork and the finance manager at the dealership told me that my paper work was sent to Jupiter, their third party company, on Aug 4th and that they have no control of the situation. The people at this dealership has been giving me false reassurance, and misleading information from the start. If they knew I might have an issue getting my plates and registration, this risk should have been disclosed to me before I purchased a car from them. Now, the dealership is brushing me off and ghosting me. I was told someone would call me back but yet to receive a call back from Apple Nissan. They have not responded to my text messages and emails. They would not provide me a direct contact to Jupiter so that I cannot find out any information regarding my paperwork. I will lose the ability to drive the car on Sep 22nd when my temporary registration expires. I am desperate for help. I had no choice but to file a complaint to Better Business Bureau (BBB) to get their attention. I even went to my neighboring Nissan dealership, and they validated that the Apple Nissan dealership should be helping me with all this, and advised me to put in a complaint and bad review to catch their attention and take this situation seriously. I am trying what I can to get some help. There is more shadiness to this dealership. When I purchased the car, Apple Nissan told me that the basic warranty had expired so I purchased an extended warranty from them. However, this was a lie. I found out later that the basic warranty hasn’t expired. The dealership lied to me just to get me to buy their extended warranty. I am overwhelmed and shocked by this fraudulent business, and crying for help! More
Do not go here .I took my Sentra in for a passenger airbag recall my dash was perfect . After replacing the airbag the airbag cover part of the dash is all loose .I called them they told me to bring it airbag recall my dash was perfect . I went to car and I could not believe it the dash was sticking up even further than before ,I wanted to flip out but decided just to go home .When I got home I checked it out and they used some junk that looked like you use on your house what a joke .I pulled up the loose cover and removed the junk glue that only would have hardened and lifted the cover even more .If someone gave me a brand new Nissan for free I would take it somewhere else to be repaired. More

I spent many hours looking for exactly what car I wanted on the internet. I came across the vehicle I was looking for at apple auto of Nissan. I called them on the phone and was assured by Breann that my imperfect credit was not an issue based on my income and my 1000 down. I explained that I would be driving more than an hour to bring my business to this dealership. Again I was promised to leave in this vehicle. Not only was this a lie when I arrived at apple auto the car I called about wasn't even at the store. Instead I was shown a Honda accord that was full of empty cigarette packs and trash. I was told I would need 1800 down for the car I came to look at that wasn't even available to test drive. Today I recieved an email from a sales manager asking why we couldn't "make a deal," ....really I am beyond words. I responded with the truth and why I was upset and was merely brushed off by the sakes manager at apple Nissan. I wonder what would happen if I brushed off a concern while working in critical care on my unit at Hopkins. Good thing I am a nurse and I follow a code of ethics that does not allow me to shrug off and disregard my patients concerns. Shame on you. Apple auto of Nissan. You did not owe me anything except honesty and transparency,clearly these are not important aspects of your business. More
