Service advisor was hard to find when trying to find out car's status. Five calls were made , an email and a text before I got an answer. I was never advised about the condition of the rotors. I told her if needed I would replace them but I have been having the brakes checked on a regular basis, as recently as June 2024 and was told rotors are fine and pads are starting to show wear. In all my times dealing with a service rep, I have received a call on work to be done prior to doing it and advised of what was found . First bad experience at Apple Chevy. I would request a different service advisor if ever bringing my vehicle back here. On the phone (text) it stated vehicle was ready at 0930 but in fact it was not done until close to 12:30-1:00. More

I had an engine light go on and I needed to wait more than a week for service. I brought my car in for an oil change and the engine light. The dealer did not have the needed part and the part was on ba than a week for service. I brought my car in for an oil change and the engine light. The dealer did not have the needed part and the part was on back order. I needed to wait and additional week for the part to come in. Once the part was at the dealership I was told the next appointment available was more than a week out. Dropping off my car is not an easy task considering my personal situation and bringing my car back again is very disappointing. The service agent I spoke to when the problem was discovered mentioned they might be able to get me in asap considering this was was second trip. That request was not offered. At the very least, I wish they would have offered a free loaner considering the car is a little over a year old. FYI, this is the first car in more than 12-15 years (4-vehicles) that I have had any maintenance issues. I have also never had a vehicle's front end alignment go bad in one year. Which was the case with this car. I'm sure this car will be traded in next summer. More
