My family has dealt with Apple Chevrolet for many years and we have bought many vehicles from them. I can honestly say I would not go anywhere else to buy a car. They are very friendly, helpful, and honest and we have bought many vehicles from them. I can honestly say I would not go anywhere else to buy a car. They are very friendly, helpful, and honest. Service is good and they have many cars to choose from. Very satisfied customer. More
Pat Swisher and Apple Chevrolet are awesome. I bought a 2008 Chevy Silverado on May 7th 2011 , and love it. They are nice, not pushy and did't not low ball me on my trade! They are not like other dealers where you have to sit there and wait for them to "talk to the man behind the curtain" It was a smooth buy from start to finish. If visiting Apple Chevrolet I recommend asking for Pat Swisher. Pat is a scholar and a gentleman. More
I walked into Apple looking for a smaller car as my truck was using to much gas. Was able to walk out 2 pain free hours later after working with Jeff Dingan. Very easy process I told him what I wanted and he was using to much gas. Was able to walk out 2 pain free hours later after working with Jeff Dingan. Very easy process I told him what I wanted and he came back with a very close match I spent 15 minutes signing the paper work with Chet Palumbo then Jeff gave me a run down of all the cars buttons made sure I was comfortable and I drove out. No hard sell tactics or back and forth I have to check with my manager bs. A truely great experiance. More
I was in the market for a new car and did not end up going with a Chevy (get a better deal with a Ford because of a relative who works there), but was very happy with the customer service and would defi going with a Chevy (get a better deal with a Ford because of a relative who works there), but was very happy with the customer service and would definitely recommend Jimmy Reed as a salesman. He was very personable, and I especially liked that I was able to test-drive by myself. More

I do recommend that people visit this dealership if they are in the market to buy a Chevy. More
I have been buying cars at Apple for 25+ years at first using John before he took over for his dad and then Jimmy Reed. I feel like I am always treated good and fair and we have a wonderful relationship. M using John before he took over for his dad and then Jimmy Reed. I feel like I am always treated good and fair and we have a wonderful relationship. My daughter happened to like the Chevy Equinox and then I made a call to John & Jimmy to see if they had any available. Within a few days they did have one to look at that was a perfect fit. I think of our relationship as close and can trust Apple when looking for any model car. I have referred others to Jimmy as well. Keep up the great work. I was raised on Chevys. When I was a child, we had a '47, a '54, and a '61 Chevy. My first brand new car was a 1970 Chevy Malibu. When I got married and had my first son, we traded in the '70 Malibu fo '47, a '54, and a '61 Chevy. My first brand new car was a 1970 Chevy Malibu. When I got married and had my first son, we traded in the '70 Malibu for a '72 Biscayne, and for a while, we had a '78 Impala also. After divorcing in 1983, I was on my own again in the car market. I made a stupid mistake, and bought a used Dodge that I owned for 18 months, but only ran for nine of them. At the time, my brother-in-law worked in the Service Department at Apple. He brought me to the dealership, and introduced me to Dave O'Donnell and Pat Swisher. They worked with me, and were able to move me from the car that didn't run into a used '80 Citation. The rest is history. As I paid off a car, I would come back to Apple to upgrade. First was an '80 Impala. Then I moved to an '86 Celebrity. Next was my first brand new car, a '92 Cavalier. The last car that I bought at Apple was a new '96 Lumina. I took this car to Florida when I moved there for a year. When I came back, I lived in a more rural area of northern Illinois. I was commuting 125 miles a day to and from the office, and I wanted a car that would perform better, especially in the snow. In 2002, I purchased a Jeep Liberty. While the car handled very well, especially in the snow, the gas mileage was horrible. When the new 2010 Equinox came out, I really liked the body style. But, even better, I liked the gas mileage that was promised. Once I got my finances in order, I couldn't wait to come back to a Chevy. And, much to my delight, Dave O'Donnell and Pat Swisher welcomed me back to Apple. I'd been through some financial bad times, and Dave and Pat, along with Chet Palumbo, worked with me to put the financing together. I was able to get a car loan through GMAC, and am now the proud owner of a 2010 Chevy Equinox. It's refreshing to have people like this that will go to bat for you, especially in difficult times. When the financing went through, I think Pat Swisher was as excited about it as I was. It's working with people like Pat, and a dealership that values your business like Apple, that make you want to keep coming back time and again. It feels like I've come home, and I can truly say that I'm glad to be back! More
We did not purchase, but we dealth with many dealers in our 2 month quest to replace totalled car. Cindy was very nice to work with. Her follow up was very good, but we did not purchase. Chevy, in the our 2 month quest to replace totalled car. Cindy was very nice to work with. Her follow up was very good, but we did not purchase. Chevy, in the end, was not a good fit for us. Their SUV lineup goes from a Shirley Partridge sized Traverse to a wonderful (but lacking serious width space on the inside) Equinox. GM has Onstar, and we WISH they'd get it together and build something closer in size to the Honda Pilot or Hyundai Santa Fe. The Equinox is a great car, but not enough interior room for our needs.
