As a valued Apple customer we went above and beyond to dig into this situation. The conclusion we found was from the City of Chicago and Cook County. They had a property tax increase that caused your payment to change for all leased vehicles. We even went to measures to contact the leasing company and get supported documents from them and Cook County. In this unfortunate situation it is completely out of Apple Chevrolet’s control. Apple Chevrolet strides on excellent customer service and will always go above and beyond to do so!

Apple’s response does not change the fact that there was a contract in place that was not honored. Apple did not treat me as a valued customer, quite the opposite. If I was a valued customer Apple would have made it right at their cost, if necessary, and they did not. Apple has never reached out to me. Their response is so fake and disingenuous, spoken like a true car dealer I suppose. Such a shame.
