5 STAR EXPERIENCE My husband and I had been car shopping for several weeks. This was the first time we would be purchasing a new car in many years and we were VERY nerv My husband and I had been car shopping for several weeks. This was the first time we would be purchasing a new car in many years and we were VERY nervous and dreading the experience. We arrived at the Apple Chevrolet Dealership in Tinley Park, IL expecting to be greeted by the usual overbearing, pushy, less-than-honest salesperson we had experienced in the recent past. Much to our suprise we were greated by Salesperson, Jeff Dignan. We were immeditaley put at ease by his warm and friendly personalty. He made my husband and I feel very comfortable from the outset. He did a fantastic job of explaining everything to us and answering all of our questions. We instantly fell in love with the 2016 Chevy Equinox LTZ and upon leaving the dealership were feeling pretty comfortable with this car high on our list of choices. Naturally we were still thinking about car shopping at other dealerships to hunt down the best deal but we were so enamored with our experience and with Jeff that we decided we did not want to look anywhere else. We returned a couple of days later and bought our very first BRAND SPANKING NEW vehicle. I want to give a great BIG THANK you to Jeff for making this the best experince we have ever had.
